At the same time it is an important question that how much risk is worth to take between the two extremes, in one hand developing in traditional way or investing in new business areas. What is the acceptable level of risk and can we define KPI for it?

After all which solution should I choose?
Our lives consist of series of decisions and consequences. If we choose between black or white is the stake, it’s easy to choose. But we are only a few time in life so lucky. We face almost always complex situations. The answer is not the 50 shades of grey but maybe endless shade of grey and each one of them stand for a solution connected to the given problem. We try to choose the one closer to white considers the good solution. However, we need to process countless information and despite of that uncertainty and possibly risk always remain but we need to make our decision. Have you ever been in a situation like this? On what basis have you come to a decision?

Easy questions but not easy to answer. What is sure more you take right decisions more you are efficient, better leader. Do you follow the ratio of your right decisions?

It is well known that we gain more and more experience as we are getting older. We hade daily to make a lot of decisions. In many situations when we have to make a decision we wish if we already have the experience and knowledge which we will gain getting older. In that case we would be able to take as clever decisions as we would do a few year later. I wonder is there any way to be able to make decisions at younger age like we could 10 years later?
