Technology or people are determinant of a company’s performance?
Clashing options came across us, if question comes up that what or who determines performance of a company: technology or people? A well-established company can be compared to a healthily functioning organism. Complex and compound structure describes it, in which cells and processes, connections between them determines its functioning and its quality. Performance of a company is determined by individuals building up corporate organization, appropriate information regulations and flow running between them and technological processes correctly implemented.
